Submission of applications

We kindly ask you not to disclose any data to us which are of little or no relevance in general hiring processes or which cannot be taken into account due to legal reasons. Without your data, we cannot advise you, process your application and present you to our clients or accompany you on your career path by informing you about interesting job opportunities. Additionally, as part of our interviews, presentations, career coaching and team development measures we often, and in consultation with you, use online tools for personality analyses from the following well-known partners: Master Person Analysis (Master Human Resources Consulting LLC.), AECdisc® (Intensa Group) und Insights MDI International® (Scheelen LLC).

In order for you to be able to carry out such forms of analyses and for us to be allowed to store your individual report according to the Data Protection Regulation, we forward the following information to the provider of the above-mentioned tools: first name, last name and email address. Using this information, the necessary reports can be personalized and transferred to your personal email address.

Right of information, withdrawal and deletion

You are entitled to get information about the storage of your personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of their processing, as well as correction, blocking or deletion of these data, at all times and free of charge, as long as it is not in conflict with any statutory storage obligations.
